You may make your payment by postal-mail via a check or money order. Due to the rising costs of both PayPal and shipping, we no longer take online payments via PayPal. Be sure to arrange payments to be made by mail with Sidetracks in advance to avoid the risk of your item or items having already been sold. All items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Your items will be held while awaiting your payment. We suggest using e-mail or making a telephone call to make the arrangements. Checks or money orders must be made payable to Tom Henderson (Important: my bank will not accept checks or money orders made payable to "Sidetracks").

Non-U.S. Orders

All prices are in U.S. Funds. Please contact us for shipping charges and applicable duties and import fees on non-U.S. orders.

We want you to be pleased with your purchases. If for any reason an item does not meet your expectations, contact us within two weeks of the purchase date for return authorization. New items should be in unused condition and in their original unopened packaging. Brass or vintage items should be undamaged and in the same condition that existed at the time of sale. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Sidetracks reserves the right to determine whether an item qualifies for a return.

Shipping Rates

Your shipping fees are based primarily on the actual cost of postage and insurance. However, a minimum shipping fee of $7.50 will apply to all orders. There are no additional fees for the cost of handling and packaging. Our goal is to cover the cost of our shipping. Please contact us for the actual shipping estimate.

Sidetracks will insure packages valued under $250.00, if you request insurance. We strongly encourage insuring all packages valued over $250.00. We will do our best to adequately pack your merchandise to get it to you safely, but the customer assumes the risk for loss or damage if the customer chooses not to insure the package.
